The agent quotes prices and terms only from the data you provide. If it doesn’t know, it doesn’t make things up — it asks your team.

A score is a calculation, not a guess
A call is checked against each criterion with a “yes” or “no”, and the score is calculated from that.

People have the final say
The agent hands complex conversations to a manager, and an operator can join any conversation at any time.
